I ended up on the NASA website and I found this document or a docu very similar on there. In its entirety. But, I remember it being much longer and detailed. It went through decade by decade. Up into transhumanism. It talked all about our food and all the chemicals they would add. And how we were no more looked at than cattle to herd. I also have the decree from the Committee of 30 who is essentially the sane people. And their outline on what life will look like. Perhaps you've already seen it...
